At DINGA we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
We therefore recommend you read our Refund, Return and Repairs Policy prior to you making a purchase, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Change Of Mind
If you receive your order and you change your mind as the item is not fit for your purpose we will exchange the goods as long as you return your goods within 10 days, with your receipt, the goods are unopened in their original packaging; we’ll give you a full refund. If the item is out of the original packaging, and you have a receipt, a store credit will be issued.
If you change your mind, please contact us and discuss so we can assist you in organising the return of the goods to DINGA either with a registered courier or Australia Post so that there is proof of delivery.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will exchange the item for you for an identical item.
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. DINGA will arrange to have the damaged goods returned and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or refund the price to you. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.
Faulty Items / Warranties
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds will be processed within 3 days.
Please note that depending on your method of payment and your issuing bank, refund amounts may take 24-72 hours to show in your account from the time the refund is processed.
Returns and Repairs
Where DINGA considers the goods to have breached a consumer guarantee, any shipping costs to return the goods to DINGA will be at DINGA’s cost.
Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability or freight delays.
You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply.
Your product(s) should provide many seasons of dependable service. However, like any tool, they must be cared for. Keep your gear maintained and in top condition.
