Please note you need to register here as a DINGA Club Member (FREE) and login into your account prior to completing your purchase, and you will receive FREE shipping (*Conditions Apply for Heavy & Bulky products into remote areas).

Due to new shipping policies from our freight carriers regarding "Heavy & Bulky products & Delivery Into Remote Areas, free shipping does not apply to orders containing Heavy & Bulky products going into remote areas". If you're carrying more than one type of item in your cart, the highest shipping rate applies (for example, if you're carrying a fishing reel, and a heavy bulky product such as an electric trolling motor and you live in a remote area, then the heavy bulky rate applies).

"Heavy & Bulky products" refers to any item meeting anyone of the following three criteria:
1) Package length is above 105cm (Excludes Rods & parcels under 15kg)
2) Package width or height is above 70cm (Excludes Rods & parcels under 15kg)
3) Item weight, including package weight, is above 15kg. Electric trolling motor products or large netting products, for example, are classed as "Heavy & Bulky products".

DINGA Reserves the right to apply freight charges and or cancel orders for orders containing Bulky & Heavy products where requested delivery is into remote areas. The designation of remote areas is at the discretion of DINGA Pty Ltd in conjunction with its major Freight Partners delivery policies. These special conditions are inclusive of DINGA Club Members!

Certain regional or remote areas may have slower than normal delivery times.

Please note free shipping also does not apply to international orders.

DINGA delivers products Australia wide using "Australia Post", "Startrack Couriers", "AirRoad Distribution" and "Fastway Couriers".

If you do not register as a DINGA Club Member prior to your purchase, shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product. Shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout as outlined below.

If you choose not to register for the DINGA Club, and prefer to pay for shipping, then we have made our freight policy as simple and inexpensive as possible by electing to use a 3 tier freight charge system as follows;

$7.50 -- Small parcels up to 1kg Australia Post
$16.50 -- Parcels 1 to 5kg AAE or AirRoad
$34.95 -- Oversize or heavy parcels AirRoad (excludes remote areas)

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day and delivery estimated between 2-7 business days, depending on your location within Australia. Please Note - DINGA Club members receive priority dispatch

Shipping Destinations:
DINGA does ship goods internationally (excluding Shimano products as per their distribution agreement). However, at this time we do NOT accept payment for international orders through the website. Please contact us if you wish to order internationally.
